We are committed to delivering your purchases securely, efficiently, and transparently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we manage delivery, payment, and order handling.


1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

  • International shipping is available depending on courier rates, product weight, and size. Customers will be informed of charges at checkout or by our sales team.


2. Shipping Methods & Couriers

  • We use reputed third-party couriers such as TCS and Postex to deliver orders.

  • For bulky or heavy items, we may use alternative city-to-city courier services, or customers may choose self-collection for cheaper delivery.

  • Shipping and delivery will follow the terms and conditions of the courier services.

  • Customers must provide a physical delivery address where someone is available to receive the order during business hours.

  • Couriers may require proof of identification for verification.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If an item is out of stock or cannot be dispatched, customers will be notified within 2 business days.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, size, and weight of the items.

  • Heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected items for orders above PKR 10,000 within Lahore. Customers can choose Bykea or Yango courier for small items.


5. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (subject to availability).

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.

  • Customers are expected to cooperate and wait in case of unforeseen delays.


6. Risk and Title

  • Products are shipped at our risk, and title passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Minor or negligible shipping damages may not qualify for replacement.

  • For new sealed items, it is recommended to record an unboxing video for proof in case of damage.


7. Delivery Conditions

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. Customers will bear any additional freight or re-shipping charges.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected items only, for orders up to PKR 19,000, subject to government Withholding Tax of 4%.

  • Customers who do not wish to pay the 4% tax can opt for full advance payment instead.

  • For certain high-demand or special items, we reserve the right to request full advance payment even if the order is below PKR 19,000.

  • Orders between PKR 19,001–100,000 require 50% advance payment, with the remainder payable on delivery.

  • Orders above PKR 100,000 require 100% advance payment or must be collected via in-store pickup.

  • Customers are encouraged to confirm COD eligibility before placing an order.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Report damaged items within 48 hours with clear photos and, if possible, an unboxing video.

  • For lost packages, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.


10. Local Pickup

  • Customers may choose free in-store pickup at:
    LG 06, I.T. Tower, Hali Road, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan

  • Please wait for confirmation before visiting.


11. Policy Updates

  • This shipping policy is subject to change. Updates will be posted here and take effect immediately.
