Warranty, Refund & Exchange Policy – Black Tech

We are committed to ensuring our customers receive high-quality products, reliable support, and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding warranty, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Warranty Policy

Understanding Warranty

  • Warranty covers repair or replacement of components due to manufacturing defects, not automatic replacement of the entire product.

  • User neglect, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications voids warranty.

  • Customers must ensure they receive the original invoice at the time of purchase. Some products may not include a warranty card, but warranty is still valid via the invoice issued by Blacktech.pk.

Local Warranty Claims

  • We provide guidance and support, but warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor.

  • Warranty coverage begins from the purchase date on the invoice.

  • Claims may include repair or replacement, depending on manufacturer discretion.

International Warranty

  • Must be claimed at the manufacturer’s authorized service center.

  • We cannot provide replacements or first invoices for international items.

  • Warranty periods may vary due to transit or shipping time, and we are not responsible.

  • Some international warranty services may involve nominal service charges.

What Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Internal hardware faults due to manufacturing.

  • Screens with more than 11 dead pixels (if applicable).

What Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Cosmetic defects, minor scratches, or marks that do not affect functionality.

  • Batteries, power adapters, printer cartridges/toners, or consumables.

  • Software issues, pre-installed or user-installed programs.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, power surges, or environmental factors.

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or integration of non-branded components.

  • Missing serial numbers, warranty stickers, or original packaging.

  • Used, clearance, or “as-is” items unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Contact Black Tech Team via:

  2. Provide:

    • Invoice / proof of purchase

    • Warranty card (if applicable)

    • Description or photos of the defect

  3. Pack the product securely with all accessories and follow instructions for inspection, repair, or replacement.

  4. Processing time may take 3–6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and product.

  5. Keyboards, mice, speakers, headphones, and accessories carry 2-day checking warranty only.


2. Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable).

  • Invoice or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Software, digital licenses, or downloaded products.

  • Products with broken seals or activated warranties.

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Clearance or “as-is” sale items.

Refund Process

  • Refunds to credit/debit cards or online payments will be made to the original payment method.

  • Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by us (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Exchange Process

  • Same Product Exchange: Defective items may be exchanged for the same model after inspection.

  • Alternative Product Exchange: Price differences must be settled at the time of exchange.

  • Original packaging and accessories must be returned.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Notify Black Tech Team within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on availability and customer preference.
